CDLD Coupons™ reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if CDLD Coupons™ believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of CDLD Coupons™ and its subsidiaries.All Customer information is kept confidential with CDLD Coupons™.

Return and Exchange Information

  • We do not give refunds or exchanges for orders, unless their is an error on our part.. We do not give refunds for buyer remorse. Any customer who makes a purchase and then turn around and don't want them we will not issue a refund. If you have your coupons shipped you have only 24 hours to advice us at CDLD Coupons that your order was incorrect.

  • All customer who pickup are responsible for making sure their order is correct before leaving the parking lot. We will only credit orders if their is an error on CDLD Coupons part of the order such as incorrect amount given, missing inserts/clipped , wrong insert/clipped coupons given. We do not replace inserts or clipped coupons that you didn't mean to order.

  •  Customers are responsible for making sure their name and address is correct for when orders are shipped. We are not responsible if packages are returned to us. Customer is responsible for reshipment costs.Once a credit is given you have only 10 days to use it. After the 10th day it will be removed and your credit is no longer valid.

Subscription Orders

The subscription service is for couponers who want to receive the same amount of inserts on a weekly basis. You are required to join the Facebook group at the end of the sign up. All requests are subject to approval....please make sure your amount is 5 or more.  Any failed attempts (3) of payments or pickup of orders will result in a cancelled subscription without notice.  There will be times some inserts listed on the website are not available for subscription due to the limited supply. If you would like those inserts please order the online. I can and will not add them to your subscription order. A OF 10-6-2019 customers are only allowed 1 day late pickup. After the 1 day deadline your order is put back.

Shipping Costs and Conditions (All shipped Priority Mail via USPS)

  • Regular Flat Envelopes (Can fit up to at least 60 full inserts) $7.35

  • Medium Flat Rate Box $13.90

  • Large Box $18.90

  • Customers are responsible for making sure their name and address is correct for when orders are shipped. We are not responsible if packages are returned to us. Customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Payment Rules and Regulations

  • Payments are made Via PayPal when checking out.

  • We also accept cash app payments. $CDLDCOUPONS is our handle.

  • Cash Payments can be made at door. Customers must use correct amount. We do not give credit or change. (Address will be given once orders are complete)

  • Paid Orders- 48 hours to pick up (Failed pickup will have a $2.50 restocking fee) If customer doesn't arrive at all that is when the $2.50 fee apply.

  • Any changes (Cancellations or Add-ons) that need to be done after you complete an order there is a $2.00 fee added.

  • Cash at Door- 24 hours (3 failed pickups orders must be paid online)

  • All offline orders (text, email or phone calls) will now be $2 as of February 1, 2018.

  • As of January 1, 2019 all orders picked up late (cash on door) is subject to a $2 late fee.
